Why was my account restricted or suspended?

At Superbe we take security seriously, both for our members and to protect our models and content. 

If you received a message that your account was restricted or suspended, it could be for one of the following reasons:

• We noticed your login credentials were used from multiple IP addresses at the same time. This could happen if your account was hacked or you have shared your username and password.
• You have shared Superbe content in torrent sites, forums, or messengers such as Telegram, Reddit, or Discord. Sharing photos and videos goes against our terms of service and will result in account suspension. We assign a unique fingerprint and voiceprint to all our videos and can detect when a video has been shared, and by whom. 
• You may have made abusive comments towards our models or other members. We want Superbe to be a supportive and fun environment for all our users and models, and we will not tolerate trolling or abuse.
